Across emerging Asia and the Pacific, more than one billion people and millions of MSMEs remain excluded from formal financial systems despite rapid digital transformation. At the same time, only a small share of venture capital reaches inclusion-focused fintech solutions, especially early-stage startups serving low-income, rural, and informal segments.

NextFin Asia is a platform for early-stage fintech startups advancing financial inclusion across Southeast Asia. It is a partnership between ADB Ventures, The LHoFT, and the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade, bringing together acceleration support, ecosystem connections, and potential investment opportunities. Through The LHoFT’s Catapult: Inclusion SE Asia program, founders gain access to acceleration and market exposure, while ADB Ventures’ NextFin Asia SEED Fund provides seed funding to selected startups.
